Definitely can the business is dropping and service is a lot slower. Sad place used to be Great.
Before the ownership changed I would have given a higher rating. The past several times we've been though the service techs would try to upsell us things or ask us to let them fix other issues. I understand that's how they make money, but it wasn't nearly as bad with these issues prior to the ownership or management switch.
Took my Cayenne GTS there yesterday - they were not busy - when my car came out it had a door ding low on the driver's side door. I pointed it out and the manager said he'd view the tapes. After 30 minutes I went back to join him - he has grainy tape of everything except places where the car's door could be dented - he refused to take care of it - later, when I got home, there was another dent on the other side - CLEARLY a result of going through their car wash process. DO NO GO THERE - They are slow, and will can damage your car with no consequences to them.
Told them exactly what I needed and was suggested the premium wash. I paid for it (26.99) thinking I was going to receive a premium wash. When I got my car back the outside looked good but I was told they would only wipe off the dash with a rag and were unable to get ketchup out of the carpet which I was also told originally it would be taken care of with the wash I was paying for. However, I had to pay extra for detailing in order to get the dash and carpet cleaned right. Needless to say I won't be returning, the price is too high for the wash you receive. Only positive was the staff being understanding and helpful throughout this processs.
