Fleur du Jour takes a very personalized and hands-on approach when dealing with their customers. I can't begin to express how satisifed I was with my purchase. Not only were the flowers delivered in a timely manner (I ordered them at 12 and they were delivered at 2), but the florist actually took the time to make sure everything was perfect before she personally delivered them. They are fast, efficient, and friendly, which is hard to come by these days. They get an A+ for service.
