My friends and I were refugees from Hurricane Harvey and these guys accommodated us for the week. Adam and Ben are some stand up people, as well as the entire staff we encountered throughout our visit. The facilities were extremely clean and well kept.

This gym is the best. Graat staff, well run, awesome equipmenr, bit out dated, but still gets the job done.

I've been a member of Life Time for years. When I started going there it was the place to go with a great outdoor pool and child center for my family. The terrible staff is hardly worth staying. My family had an issue in the cafe, we placed a mobile order and it hadn't even been started when we went to pick it up at the time it gave us. Not that the cafe was busy, they just hadn't acknowledged receiving the order. Then they were in such a rush to complete it they didn't review the order at all, everything we asked for like pepperoni on the pizza, no onion in the tacos was completely ignored. They offered me a free smoothie. Not an appropriate recourse in my opinion. I called and spoke with the cafe manager, a young girl with a bad attitude and poor customer service. Clearly this child has never managed. She asked me to come in the next time I was in the area and she would treat my family to the correct order. The next time I was in the gym I spoke with her and she was asking me what it was I expected her to do for me and I told her we spoke on the phone and reminded her of my situation, and she said very loudly "I'm sorry, I'm just trying to help, I don't know why you're so angry with me!" Incredibly unprofessional. I didn't raise my voice I was just trying to remind her of the conversation we had. This kid should be replaced with someone who has a little more experience dealing with customers and can speak appropriately and professionally.

After a year long membership it took 3 phone calls and a walk in to cancel the membership, even then they just offer you a discounted rate for a short time and maybe we can just put your account on hold etc... ignoring the fact they don't see that everyone here is just a sales person not interested in your wellness at all. They just want you to spend more money with them. $80 a month for a crowded place never space to park. There are other gym to go to.

As a kid, Lifetime Fitness has always been a place for safety, health, enjoyment, and best of all community. Those great qualities have not changed, and I know they will not let them!

Life TIme fitness is not only a gym to Me but a great Community! From the time my 4 Year Old self had walked into the doors, I have simply found lifetime to be My second home!
