We could not have asked for a better experience and I cannot sing their praises high enough. Thank you Texas Health Presbyterian Flower Mound!!!

I had an ankle fusion done and it required an overnight stay. The staff and all nurses were amazing! The PT lady even helped me find a piece of equipment that my insurance said they wouldn't pay for. She went and found a close by vendor that got My insurance to pay in full. The food was even great! I've spent a lot of time in hospitals because of this injury over the years and Texas Health Presbyterian has em the best so far! Thanks for taking such good care of me!

My husband had a prostatectomy at the hospital by Dr. Brunner the doctor and the staff were wonderful and made our two day stay so easy. Special thanks to Nurses Sally, Anny, Nikki, Connie, the food delivery staff they are superb professionals.

I have gone here on several occasions to the emergency room with my kids. Each time I've gone I've had an extended wait. After everything was said and done the doctors were good and the staff behind the wait room was good also.

I went in for day surgery last week. The receptionist seemed to be dealing with a problem at the time and missed some paperwork but I got to surgery on time. (She did apologize on our way out). Everyone along the way was very nice and concerned for my comfort. They were all pleasant and seemed like they wanted to be there helping. My stay there was very short but the staff really made my husband and I feel good about being there.

After the birth we were transitioned to postpartum, where we were greeted by Layla (a new nurse to the hospital, but extremely experienced). She and our other nurses, Lurane and Tammy, helped with breastfeeding practices, providing on the spot and continual lactation coaching. They would take how ever much time we wanted to help us get the latch right, even watching a whole feeding. Even when we were finally discharged, they still took care of us, sending us home with a dinner of roasted chicken, carrots, fingerling potatoes, salad, and cheese cake.

I cannot say how amazing our experience was at this hospital. My mom has an advanced form of muscular dystrophy, so I grew up around hospitals. None of them can hold a candle to the experience my wife and I received at this hospital. I did not meet one person who did not go out of their way to help us or make us more comfortable. Everything about the hospital policies were about you having as much freedom and choice as safety would allow.

For instance, we were at the hospital to give birth to my daughter. Our first L&D nurse, Kim, was totally all about us having as much of a "birthing center" type of feel as we wanted. She brought in birthing balls, prepped showers, helped with squatting into the contractions, etc. Normally, you would only get this kind of service at a birthing center. But these ladies were dedicated to you doing what you were most comfortable with. When Kim went off duty, Kristen stepped in and kept up the awesome work, along with Meg from the nursery. We were delivered by one of the midwives from "Caring for Women" (You should absolutely check them out).
