Impeccable service. I went to buy my engagement ring here and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I knew immediately I could trust them and my Fiancé absolutely loves her ring! We did a custom order and they did everything I asked for! Look NO FURTHER, they are reasonably priced and by far the best service I have received.
I am thoroughly impressed by the staff and their treatment of me at Duff's. They have been so helpful answering my questions and doing such good work on my jewelry that was brought in for service.I was treated kindly and considerately and they took the time to answer all of my questions with total respect toward me. I have to say that while all of the staff at Duff's were absolutely wonderful, Zach made an amazing impression upon me. As well as helping me on a professional level, he also engaged in personal conversation which made me feel very comfortable and I felt honored to get to know him, so much that I feel he is a friend to me now.
