This papa johns location is wonderful. Had to bring my half eaten pizza back in due to an issue with it and they were amazing enough to hear me out, and resolve my issue to my needs. Customer service here is outstanding. I will continue to come back here to get my Papa John's.
I live a half mile from the nearest location and they tell me they can't deliver to me because my address won't pull up in their system. Good bye dumbasses.
Waited almost 2 hours. Called when the FIRST delievery time was past. Was told its under a heat lamp and will be on the way shortly. Then 40 minutes delivered. No receipt, cold pizza, cold cheesy bread. Worst pizza ever. Look at the time stamps, and we got the pizza at 9:36PM.
I am giving this papa johns 0 stars. I am furious. We ordered 2 pizzas online which was $29.21. Come to find out they charged my bank over $52. I called the customer service line and they proceeded to tell me that it was something i ordered. I said well i only ordered 2 pizzas. They said they arent giving me a refund nor wanting my proof of purchase. The customer service keeps telling me its my fault and not theres. Its outrageous. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS CRAPPY COMPANY AGAIN. Word of advice: Check your bank statements from now on.
Staff is really nice here. Appreciate how the older gentlemen helps me out when I have the kids in the car and the pizza isn't ready.
