Food and service used to be very good. Been many many times. last night was a train wreck. 3 of 5 orders messed up. food delivered we didn't order; food we did order was not delivered. food quality has dropped - as if pulled it out of a frozen food box and warmed it up. After sending back several times manager tried to make it right but took more than an hour to get it all sorted out.
If you're tired of dirty, cramped theaters then this place is for you. The theatres are always clean and they have large, comfortable, reclining seats. You're able to pick your seats and reserve them so there's no more rushing into the theatre to find a decent spot to sit. The wait staff is very helpful and friendly, you no longer need to get up during the movie to refill your popcorn, if there's anything you need all you have to do is press a button on your seat and a staff member will come and get you whatever you need. The only downside is the food can be a bit pricey, if you're not wanting to spend much more then you would at a traditional theatre then I would recommend just getting a bowl of their bottomless popcorn to share with the family. This place is excellent, after going here you'll never want to go back to the sticky soda drenched theatres you're used to.
It's almost a double edged sword because when you've seen the best everything else seems just a bit worse.
We love this movie house. Very comfortable chairs and good service and the meals used to be really good. Recently rhey dropped the quality of the food significantly. Really wish they find a good solution and we continue to enjoy our meals there
Great seats and movie experience. Food is good quality. My reducing stars is due to their 30.06 restriction which makes this place and it's customers sitting ducks for those who mean harm. I highly recommend the owners reconsider the signage.
I thought the AMC recliners were the best thing in the world until I gave this Moviehouse a try on a whim. This place has the best seating I have ever seen in a theater. Comfortable leather recliners with lots of leg room in front of the seats. This is also one of the few places I'll buy tickets on B row since the distance from the screen is still good at B row here.
As a side note their restrooms seem to be kept very clean compared to other theaters as well.
