I was a customer for over 10 years but after too many bad grooms they have lost my business. I don't know where they hire these groomer s but they are so bad. If you complain you are met with rudeness. Don't know why I kept giving then so many second chances .
I have taken my dogs there for about 12 yrs now. First it was my 2 Bassets,and they always did a great job with them. After they passed on, I adopted a Japanese Chin, and he always looks great too. Reasonable prices, very nice people and they call me as soon as he is done, so he doesn't have to be in a cage for long. Overall a great value.
I would not usually take time to write a review, but I felt obligated to do so on this one. This is a filthy facility. I took my cats to board them for a day. The staff (two women) were very pleasant and nice. I asked to walk back to see where the cats would be staying for the day, and without hesitation took me back with them. I was shocked at the filth in the back, the dirty cages, the dirty old dusty cat box they were rinsing out to use in the cage. I apologized and said it was just too noisy for the cats and left. I would never consider taking a pet to this groomer. Unfortunately all they need to do is clean up the place it I'm sure would be ok.

Shadow, our double doodle (goldendoodle + labradoodle designer dog) has been groomed here twice. Decent cut, average price. More impressive was the affectionate handling of our normally reluctant dog, and very helpful nutritional tips. Squeezing us in on a same day appointment was much appreciated.
