Jonn is Property Manager of our Texas home while we live overseas. We have had a working relationship with he and Alexa for nearly two years. I interviewed several property managers and was extremely impressed with Jonn. He is professional and listens to my concerns. I have been especially impressed with how quickly Jonn takes care of any issue be it small or large. He has been happy to work with my service providers and has his own providers who have done excellent work. He provides me with all the information I need to make a decision while I am living across the ocean. Jonn pays attention to detail and has taken care of some things before I new it was necessary! Jonn and Alexa offer extremely competitive fees and their financial reporting is great. They send me emails with receipts and other attachments in order to keep me informed. Alexa has located two tenants for us and the process went extremely smooth with no problems.

Jonn & Alexa managed our property for nearly 4 years, until we recently sold the house. We had a lot of concern and anxiety about managing our property ourselves so after they were referred to us by our realtor, we signed on. Within no time we were put at ease as they professionally managed the property and transitioned tenants for us. I am not sure what we would have done in these 4 years without them.
