I have usually had a great experience and am a loyal gold card member, but this location has been a disappointment. Particularly the assistant manager Sarah. She was rude, tried to grab my phone from my hand when I didn't move fast enough to look up something, and wanted to proceed with a return without consulting me about details or answering questions I had. When I asked her how the shipping could be guaranteed not to send me the wrong pair again, her answer was " I have no idea." I won't be coming back to this location again anytime soon.
Great experience and very attentive staff at this location.
Stopped here for some shoes for my daughter's prom that we couldn't find. The store seemed to have a lot of items in store and was okay.
