Katrina is SUCH a fantastic massage therapist!!! My husband and I have been seeing her for 3 years now and we are confident that our monthly massages with Kat are a key to our overall health and well being. We have seen other therapists and we both agree that her professionalism and skill put her a step above the rest. Thanks for working all the stress out of our muscles!!!
The facial was supposed to be a "personalized skin analysis" but I was not given any kind of analysis at all. It was more like you are done, bye. Was not allowed to choose which facial I wanted.
Wish the locker room was bigger, no room to get dressed when others are getting into lockers. And the sauna was misleading on the website, it is for one person. I am small and I am sure another person would not fit in there with me. Only one shower, one sink. I'm a germaphobe so it was unsettling. It feels very crammed full in overall appearance.
My appointment was at 1115 and I was home by noon. For $85 I believe it should at least be an hour service. The worst spa I have ever been to.
Was totally embarrassed when I brought a friend from out of town because I wanted to be pampered with my friend. Some lady kept walking around "shhushing" us every 5 minutes. The walls aren't walls, just partitions. So we were treated like preschoolers if we spoke even one word.
2nd time here with gf and we both love it. first time was the romantic getaway, where they do couples massage, facial, and pedicures. this is a 1 year anniversary, so we came back for round 2. great experience both times and great people

This is the best spa I've found in the DFW area. They are extremely professional and use high quality products. The atmosphere is as luxurious and relaxing as spas in 4 star hotels. And costs a fraction of the price! The aesthetician, Kimberly, is very knowledgeable. My skin hasn't looked this good in 40 years!
