This PetsMart has a number of rescues that have adoption events here and it's great to see a store support the local community like they do. This place has all you could need for your pets and if you're lucky you may just find your new best friend here.

In our experience most PetSmart stores are clean, well stocked and staffed with employees who are always happy to help, and the Flower Mound location meets the same expectation. We take our large breed puppies to this location frequently to socialize them and are always pleased with the service.
Love this store! Helpful staff, lots to choose from. Just wish they rotated their dog collar selection more often. And donate to animal charities!
Purchased a Marineland tank/stand combo at a different location because I happened to be in the area working. Upon getting the items home, I found that both the tank and stand were damaged, as well as a dead roach in the bag with the led hood in it. The very next day I brought the items back to this location, as it was the closest to my house and the manager, Josh, told me that they would not accept it and that I needed to drive and hour back to the location where I purchased it for a refund. I should be out 2 hours of my time along with gas because I was sold a damaged product? Typically spend 3-5k a year on pet supplies and I can assure you that none of that will be going to Petsmart. Way to go Josh.
