I love going here. The staff makes sure to make you feel welcome. They give you free drinks, and the facility is nice.
Fast forward to yesterday I get another call because I didn't go in to pay (was out of town) and they tell me they are going to charge my CC they have on file (had to give them a number to hold my reservation). Didn't authorize them to do so. So they are asking me to inconvenience myself to fix their problem.
My last massage had some issues with billing but the owner called me up and handled it very professionally. Humans make mistakes so it isn't a big deal. I'll will continue to go to this place as the staff is nice.
The staff here is great! The service providers are amazing. Each one of them can provide what you need. Chris does an amazing job and Monique is incredible. I can't forget about the facials. Nuvia and Tara are great at what they do. My skin has improved over the last year and overall I'm glad I have a membership here. It reminds me to take care of myself and that is important to being healthy.
Good range of different pressure between the number of employees. my last massage was very firm. I've had others that were quite light. Takes a little too figure out who might match you best for pressure.
Fast forward about a year. I go in for services and use gift cards, and they process it all is well. I get a phone call a couple days later saying the accidentally undercharged me. I had no issue with paying what I contracted them to do. I did however have an issue with they approach. They told me until I paid they weren't going to pay the therapist. Trying to guilt me into paying. Again, I had no issue with paying it was the fact that they were trying to use the "We can't pay her until you pay us". It wasn't the therapist's fault the mistake happened. It was the receptionist who didn't do her job right.
I went and got a facial and a massage. It was wonderful the staff there is so nice and Selena did my massage and I would recommend her to anyone as well as Debbie for a facial. It was a great first experience.
Not sure if they are under new management, or ownership. Buyer beware. Now we have about $500 in gift cards we will happily use at another location.
The therapists there are mostly great. Most of the ancillary staff is great as well. Had been going there for over a year and the wife went in for a massage, which started 30ish minutes late. Then the therapist wound't stop talking about her personal problems (the one who was late). Owner made it right, by not charging us. So, we continued to go back.
