This $100.00 "tune-up" routine is a load of garbage. I paid it once and got my bike back just like it came in. They didn't adjust anything, or clean anything as they promised.

True professionals and always willing to help when ever I needed assistance in maintaining my bike. Love the local bike shop atmosphere and these guys truly enjoy their work which is refreshing. All my friends and co workers which I have recommended have had similar experiences.
I came here as a result of getting a gift card. I wold not come here if it wasn't for the gift card. It was two weeks to get my bike serviced while other locations could do it the same day. I paid to have a persistent issue with my tires addressed with the loss of air in the tire. The tire was never changed and I do not believe the tube was changed either. The tire was marked as a result of a scraped tire and it was still there when my wife brought it back to the house. The tire was flat that night so I was wondering how it was that I paid for all of the services and didn't get what I paid for nor a functional set of tires. This is not my choice for shops to help me with my bike. There was one saving aspect upon a second visit was a lady whom I purchased a headlight from while in the store.
Great bike shop. Solid selection (can order you almost anything if they don't have it) and competitive prices. The staff makes this place. One of the best retail experiences anywhere. Very helpful and never pushy.
The other day, I asked about replacing a brake cable that was too short and was quoted $140.00. I ordered the part and did it myself in 15 minutes for $5.00.
I can get my car's oil changed at the Lexus dealership for $50.00 less and they actually clean it when they are done.
