We switched our cable provider to layer3tv. They couldn’t get out system Magnolia installed connected. We called Magnolia. They sent a man out who didn’t know what to do, said he would return the next day. He never returned. Finally called Magnolia they said they would reschedule. Waited and waited, had to call again until another man showed up. He couldn’t fix it either. Said he would get his supervisor to expedite since we had not had service for about 2 weeks. Now it’s been another week and we had to call back today to try again to get this issue fixed. Customer support sucks. They don’t even show enough courtesy to do a follow up call.
