LANE WAS OUR SERVER AND WAS VERY ATTENTIVE. REGARDLESS OF THE FACT THAT THE HOST TEAM SAT HIM, GAVE HIM A FEW MINUTES THEN SAT HIM 2 MORE TABLES AT THE SAME TIME HE DID GREAT. IF YOU ARE IN AND WANT A WELL PACED MEAL, HE IS YOUR MAN. FOOD WAS GREAT AS ALWAYS AND I AM NOT THE EASIEST GUEST SINCE I HAVE MANY REQUESTS. HAD A GREAT TIME.
Food was pretty good. Service was the biggest downfall to be honest. The facility was clean. The hostess and our waitress were nice. But my water wasn't refilled even though she came to our table multiple times. She didn't ask if my date wanted another drink or water after he finished his beer. Didn't ask my date if he wanted another order of fries [they have bottomless fries here]. It was also hard to get her attention after a while. She was very inattentive to our table despite the little bit of customers there due to it being around 8 pm / 9 pm.
The food is always great! We were a little high maintenance today as we had at least 3 spills. The staff was very gracious about cleaning up and did not make us feel guilty. We highly recommend Red Robin.
The waitress we had was very sweet and took care of us. Food was great and was served quickly. I enjoyed our visit this time around
Great service. Good burger. The fries were okay. Not too crowded. Overall, a good experience.
