DFW North Emergency Vet in Flower Mound saved my dog's life after he went into an Addisonian crisis! They took him in immediately and did everything they needed to to save him! I would definitely recommend this place to any dog owner! They also saved my dog 7 years ago when he was diagnosed with Parvo! He is a rescue pup and has had a lot of medical issues and this ER has been fantastic! I also rescued his brother who had the same issues and was also brought to DFW ER and they treated him quickly and effectively and he survived! I am forever grateful for these vets and staff!

They all did a wonderful job assuring me that it wasn't the wrong decision. They even helped me find homes for the puppies granted they lived through treatment. I love this clinic and believe from the bottom of my heart that they are good people and wonderful professionals. I will bring my babies here for any emergent needs.

I took my 8 week old puppy in tonight. My puppy is very sick and they recognized this and took her immediately back and asked if it was ok to run some tests. I was told the cost up front before the tests were run. The vet was very nice and explained everything and answered all my questions. The front staff told me the total costs for everything my puppy needs and while yes it was a little sticker shock, it was not unreasonable considering this is the animal ER. It sucks when it's a this is what it will cost or she dies situation. Yes your vet will cost less normally but this is the ER, they always cost more. My baby would have died tonight if I had not gone. She isn't out of the woods yet but these folks seem to have it figured out. I am grateful

I recently began fostering four puppies with parvovirus that were going to be put down by the former owner. As a veterinary technician at a low-cost wellness clinic, I knew the low chances of the puppies surviving even with aggressive treatment. Flower Mound ER, specifically Dr. Perry and Lindsay (whose brother even paid my bill one night!!), did an amazing job trying everything possible to save three of the babies Ari, Ella, and Rory.

Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, the puppies didn't make it. However, Flower Mound ER and its employees were so kind during the incredibly rough week. The doctors called me in the middle of the night with updates, explained everything thoroughly, and made feel as if I was doing everything I could for them. I truly felt supported by this clinic when we ultimately had to euthanize the sweet babies and could tell it was hard on the staff as well.

A poor way of doing business. Waited almost 3 hours for receiving a quote for possible procedure to be done on my cat. Was charged for quote only. Then they quickly did some temp checks and weight checks to make it seem like they did something. Outrageous. Witnessed someone come in from their dog getting hit (WHILE WE WERE STILL WAITING TO EVEN BE ASKED WHAT HAPPENED TO MY CAT) to receive a special treatment opinion on weather their dog would need immediate treatment or not (he had no visible injuries) they got sent away and were told to just see how it goes. I'm still completely perplexed at the type of service I was given.

we took our little baby there unfortunately he is not with us anymore they did do everything they could to save him but what i didn't like is the fact that they ask if you have the money then they would even do anything to my dog when he was having a heart attack they would come running and ask if we had the money for them to do cpr so basically if you don't have the money they will just let your dog die but other than that everything went well we cremated our little baby and we did get a notice of that
