I had been dealing with a nerve issue that caused blinding pain in my hip. I thought it would take spinal surgery to get my life back on track, but i had one of Dr. Hayee's patients recommend him, so when i finally had the realization that the pain was not going to fix itself, i went to see him.
Final note, our neurosurgeon said he would not recommend this doctor!
Dr. Hayee is very perceptive and knew thks best therapy approaches. It is only three months since i first visited the clinic, and now i can actually have my normal life back!
I met Dr. Khan at my place of business. No doubt that he is an awesome person and doctor. I've referred several of my friends and colleagues over to their clinics. Everyone has been very satisfied and commented how great his bedside manner is for needle injections. I will definitely keep referring friends to them.
Dr. Hayee is outstanding. He tries every possible treatment and I have always been made to feel important. He thoroughly explains everything. I appreciate him and his nurses and P.A.'s so much. The only negative is the staff one deals with when you first enter. The best way to describe them is frosty or cold I guess. Just not incredibly friendly, no smile when you get to the window. But I don't go to see them, so it's not that big of a deal.
In our first meeting with Dr. Vu, he explained what kind of injections he was going to do and where… And what the follow up would be. However, when we came back for the actual injections, he proceeded to tell us he was doing something different... and did not supply a satisfactory explanation as to why. When my wife had a bad reaction to the injections, (in my opinion) he panicked (as much as you would expect the doctor to panic). He then told us there was nothing he could do for us, and we should not come back! If that was not discouraging enough, on both visits, we were told how much our co-pay would be, and we pay it. Imagine my surprise when we received a bill, for nearly double what we already paid (for copay)... and the invoice did not match up with what had happened, as to payments and services. Call the billing department, and they were rude and not helpful, and did not send a corrected bill, as promised. Rather, they sent a collection notice! And after visiting with their office manager, I pay the amount they claimed was due... The next month (21 days after I paid the bill) the billing department send me a final Notice for the bill, which I already paid. Another trip back to the office manager was a complete waste of time. Who knows, maybe you'll have better luck!

Love Dr Hayee but the office staff is a different story. The don't return calls and they're often rude. It's so frustrating.
Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage you to do business somewhere else!
