Every time I’ve seen Dr. Seysan she has known exactly what was wrong instantly. So thankful for her service. She diagnosed my appendicitis today and made sure I receive quick help at the hospital the whole way.
My mom has said that dr roya seysan does not hear her chief complaints of pain and always cuts her off, therefore not treating her with professional care. This doctors office is terrible at patient customer service. After several times of my mom having no medical care, earlier this week I went to the doctors office myself with my mom and pretty much yelled and put my foot down that the dr needed to do her job and care for my mom and do something about her stomach condition. After months and months of my mom complaining about her stomach pains at her recent appt, the doctor finally put in a stat report for a sonogram of her gallbladder. The day of the sonogram, the sonogram tech told us that the doctor would have the results 30 mins after we left the hospital. We had no phone call from the doctor and the next day, I called around 4pm, asked about results for my mom. The nurse on the phone told us that my mom needed to have surgery to remove her gallbladder!!
She can be a little hard on you but she is the most knowledgeable primary care physician I've dealt with in my 60 years.
If you want to stay sick and eventually end your life then please put your care into dr roya seysan Bc she is the best at trying to let her patients suffer and possibly die.
I chose this dr for my mother bc she takes appts pretty fast. But would you want to be seen by a dr who doesn't professionally do their job and hear you out as a patient?

I have been a patient of Dr. Seysan since I was 15 years old (15 years now). She has always been very tentative to my family and extremely helpful. My mom had Multiple Sclerosis... Dr. Seysan always made her a priority and checked on us regularly.
Dr Seysan solved several health issues that have plagued me for many years. Other doctors would write a script and send you on your way without really addressing the problem. Dr. Seysan sets out to solve the problem permanently.
My mom has been going here for a few months since last December. She has battled cancer twice and so we need to have a current pcp for emergencies and that is why she doesn't want to change primary care physicians just yet. After the surgery we are definelty changing pcps.
Stay away as I promise to God that this dr doesn't care about you as a patient. The ratings for this doctor are already low and eventually I pray she will lose her license or get extensive training on the importance of patient advocacy.
DR SEYSAN has been my primary doctor for over 20 years ...she is caring has great medical skills. ..staff very friendly and accommodating...
I have lived 45 minutes from her office for about 8 years now and still drive the extra miles just to keep her as my primary. Another thing that I love about her is she is not someone to just diagnose and prescribe medication. She gets to the root of the problem and comes up with healthier ways to fix you. If you are someone just looking for medication as an easy way out or for personal recreational use, this is not your doctor. She truly cares about her patients.
