Since I moved to Fort Worth two years ago, I've switched most of my medical care to doctors in Fort Worth, but I've stuck to seeing Dr. Bickert because I know I'm getting amazing care there.
The thing I appreciate the most about Dr. Bickert is that he is conservative in his treatment. During my time as a patient of his, I've needed two surgeries and in both cases Dr. Bickert did everything he could to avoid surgery. When he found a cyst on one of my salivary glands he gave me different ways to treat it before he concluded that surgery was the only option he had left. Once he came to that conclusion, he recommended a second opinion just to make sure surgery was really the only option.
Dr. Bickert and his staff have always been so kind, so caring and courteous and they have gone above and beyond for my family and I several times - that is more than any other office has ever done and we have been to our fair share of doctors. They always try to get us in as soon as they can, they even work us in when I know that they can get real busy. They are always so sweet and helpful with all my questions. When I need tests done or when my daughter needed surgery they were so helpful, and they make the stress of everything a lot easier by explaining everything. I even hear other patients telling Dr. Bickert "how much better they are" or how "thankful they are that he has helped them", and that speaks a lot to me.
I have been going to Dr. Bickert for 10+ years and have always received top notch care from him and his entire staff. The practice is very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Bickert has always spent good, quality time with me and is open to explore all options to remedy my issues. Mark has been treating our family for over ten years, and is amazing. I always find myself recommending him to friends. Medicine is truly not just his work, but his passion. He's honest and straight forward and I've always felt that I could rely on him to tell me exactly what I'm facing. When my daughter's case was especially involved and not entirely in his realm of expertise, he recommended we get a second opinion and fully supported our treatment decision. His office staff is friendly and supportive, too. We just love nurse Elizabeth who lights up the room every visit. We've never had any billing problems or scheduling problems. There are certainly other ENT doctors closer to home, but Dr. Bickert is worth the drive!
There are so many good things I could say about Dr. Bickert's office. I have been seeing him since I was in my teens and I'm now in my late twenties. Dr. Bickert always takes the time to address all of my concerns and give detailed explanations on what's going on. His office is a very relaxing environment and his staff is exceptional.
