Great one to shop! Expensive but worth it.
Today I was returning items that I bought from estee lauder. The items were not great as I was told. So when I try to return it , there was a sales lady at lancome her name is ROSA, instead of helping me she started giving me attitude & bad looks not only to me, but also to my littel daughter too. I have been shopping at belk for 2 years. This is one of my favorite stores, but if belk keeps hiring unprofessional people like her, then I will never go back and I will take my money elsewhere. I just want to say thank you for Karen, the store manger. She explained everything to me very politely.
I haven't been here in years till today because I just started working close. I had such a great experience. It's going to be my new Dillard's!! All the ladies were so nice, there was Vicki, Ginny, and one other in intimates that really just awesome. Can't wait to go back!
I can always find something here! So happy there is one next to our house!
