Clean store. I was in on tax free weekend. Not super busy. Very organized
I wanted to say thank you and highlight the compassion of one of the associates at the JC Penney Highland Village location. Barbara, who I believe is a manager, offered to help me find some matching pants for a suit jacket. I ended up choosing to buy a suit for 40 percent off. I later told Barbara that the suit would be for a funeral in the next few days. Her kindness and patience in helping me find a nice outfit was so uplifting. It was my first time shopping at JC Penney, but I can say it will not be my last. The cashier was also extremely kind and helpful.
The store is a pretty good location. We had some pictures taken at this location which came out very nice. The store seems to be organized and not too cluttered. It is a bit smaller than other types of stores that we've shopped inside at the mall.
The guy that rang up my purchases was an idiot. I thought I was giving info for a rewards card. Found out he was trying to get me to have a credit card. I don't have credit cards and don't want them at all. Don't go there!!!!!
Great place for shopping with the family. We loved the shoe selection and the men’s tall section. Employees were all very helpful and pointed us in the right direction for what we needed to find. Parking was easy.
