4 stars for presence of soft squishy plant boi, could be 5 if other staff treated squishy boi more nicely xx
I stood in line for 30 minutes waiting to pick up an online order. The lady at the customer service desk looked at me but acted as though she couldn’t help me, yet she helped the next person that came in the door who also had an online order. Needless to say I was extremely frustrated considering it would’ve taken me half the amount of time for me to just come in and shop for it myself. The whole point of online pick up is convenience and ease. I won’t be returning. Thankfully the store closest to my home is Denton. Flower Mound is just where I work.
Excellent service. The selection is not fantastic BUT the prices are!!!
