Bad, horrible,money hungry, rude managers and customer service. I brought in some items for store credit with ID and no receipt. This store has given credit before and why they did not tell us that they won't do it a second time I do not know. Stephenie Roberts the manager was so horrible! She offered $30 store credit for a $180 bag. Is she out of her mind. Someone has got to train her better or let her go. Maybe she is too old to be managing that store. The store itself has good merchandise at times, but as long as this store at this location has this manager still working here, I will never come back for anything.
I would never shop here ever again. There are a few places who are 110% customer service oriented and will do everything to make you happy like Nordstroms. And I will be their customer for life!
It pains me to give this store such a low score but after having to stand in line for over 20 minutes every time I set foot in here I am left with no choice. Please! Please hire 3-4 more cashiers for each shift

On a separate occasion not related to this return issue, their store is not thoroughly clean all the time and they had a bolt left on the floor and my son slipped on it and fell hitting his head on the corner of a display table. And guess what, their insurance company had to pay for my sons medical bill.
Absolutely inconsistent customer service!
I spread the word that you guys are thieves. If you did the return once then you should honor the same treatment and give store credit again. Customer service given bending over backwards is the key to a successful forever business and customer relationship.
On two different occasions the store gave me store credit for merchandise that still had the tag on and was not in their system. We have spent thousands of dollars at their store and associated branch stores. Today I went to get store credit and the assistant manager would not do it. They are seriously unorganized and completely horrible at giving customer service. Inconsistency is not fair to the customer!
Stephanie Roberts, the store manager was very rude and I expressed my waste of time and has to drive up there both times including today. She looked at my items and pretty much wanted the merchandise for free. She is not a very good manager. She let me know that she has been a manger there for 18 yrs. She needs to get fired since she can't give good customer service and she made me drive up to the store a second time denying us store credit for our returns.

Stopped by here for a few tshirts I needed to replace ones that were washed to death. The store is always crowded and there never seems to be enough cashiers working. I do like to find some of the name brand clothing in the store that I like to wear. I have often gotten socks and underwear at this location also that were named ran and in good new condition.

4.8 stars they don't deserve that much credit. Again, don't shop here if you can. I'm sure their employees were forced to write good reviews. I hope ms Roberts the store manager gets fired!!!!!
