The newly remodeled inside is nice. The self-checkouts are fast. No waiting at the cash registers even on busy holiday weekends. Great sales. Richard at the self-checkout was great. A discount didn't ring up correctly and he fixed it without bringing in the Spanish Inquisition. Nice work Target.

In the Check-Out there was a manager who refused to help my Mom who was in pain and instead told her to find her item on “D3”. Tell me, how is a customer supposed to know where that is??? I’m not your employee, do not treat me like I know things like your employees do. By the way, I was the one who found it because again, my mother was in pain and that manager wanted my Mom to get it herself.

I had a hard time with my red card and I was on the phone for awhile with customer support. I eventually lost connection with the agent and I had already been waiting to purchase my items for awhile. I had get assistance and my interaction with the employee named “Super Man” made my experience and day so much better! I was rushing to get home after work and needed to stop and get some much needed essentials. I also was expecting company over and was stressing about my drive home and how much traffic I was going to hit because of this situation.

Quick in and out. Store is clean, shelves fully stocked. For it being a busy area I was pleasantly impressed with the speed I was about to find what I wanted then get out quickly.

This is a review of my experience at the pharmacy. My shopping experience was quite pleasant after the disaster at the pharmacy.

So, no we will not be returning and I suggest all elderly and women should shop elsewhere too.

Granted the pharmacist was alone and it was semi busy. Allowing for that I waited 15 minutes. I then waited in line AGAIN to let them know that I would not be waiting further. Because this was a shot through my employer, I needed the flu shot certificate back so I could get my shot through another CVS. The thing that really pissed me off is when the cashier went to get my certificate from the file folder, the pharmacist stopped her to ask her questions about another order. They proceeded to have a conversation for another 5 minutes. When I saw that the conversation would go on indefinitely, I went to the other cashier and asked him to get me the certificate and to also get me the name of the pharmacist. He said she was a floater. Her name is Ms. Chinazo and her customer service skills leave much to be desired. I know she heard me complaining and she didn't care. Just kept shrugging her shoulders "I don't care."

I used to love this Target. If you want to be followed by a guy who quietly follows behind you, clicking his pen in a dark almost unlit parking lot, this is the store for you! My Mom & I were leaving the store and had no idea what his motive was and he never said a thing. We felt like we were going to be attacked soon. My Mom has a heart condition and neither of us needed this kind of scare. Turned out, he was an employee who just wanted to return our cart, but we were scared and fumbling for our keys by the time we reached our car.

Well super man was so nice to me and showed me so much empathy! I was not expecting it at all but he took care of my groceries and then prompted me to try and give target card services a call later when I’m able to figure out what was going on. I was so surprised and just so thankful because I’ve already been going through a lot so this really showed that customer service is held highly here or at least this certain individual knows the value in it. Thank you “Super Man” you definitely saved me today!

I patiently waited in line in order to get my flu shot. Everything was fine so far, very friendly cashiers and tech helping me get it all set up. I was then told to set at a stall at the end of the counter and was told that the pharmacist would be with me shortly to give me my shot.

So my two cents. Got my flu shot at another CVS. Had to wait 5 minutes.
